Shipping Options

We offer free shipping above 5000rs to all locations in India. All orders are shipped via reliable courier services and will be delivered within 7-10 business days of placing your order.

Damage or Mismatch in Logistics

If you receive a damaged or mismatched product, please record a video of the package before opening it. If you fail to record the video before opening the package, we cannot replace or refund the product. We reserve the right to inspect the video to verify the damage or mismatch.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available free of cost. If you choose COD as your payment option, you will need to pay the full amount in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the expected delivery date.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order after the 12-hour period, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
