We at GetlikeNew are committed to providing you with quality refurbished Devices. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Therefore, we have formulated a clear and polite return policy for our valued customers.

Firstly, please note that we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or do not like the product. However, if you receive a product that has been physically damaged during transit, we will accept a return only if you provide us with video proof. We will replace the product or provide you with a full refund.

Secondly, we understand that despite our best efforts, there may be instances where the laptop may not meet your expectations. If this is the case, we will buy back the laptop at 80% of the original purchase cost, provided that the laptop is returned within 15 days of the original delivery date. You have to email us at getintouch@getlikenew.com. Our executive will be in touch with you the whole time. The laptop must be in its original condition and packaging, and any accessories must be included. We reserve the right to inspect the product upon return to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.

In the event of a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, and they will guide you through the process. We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible, but please note that it may take up to 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Additionally, please note that if you have any concerns about the product or if there are any issues with the laptop, we encourage you to contact our customer service team immediately. Our team will work with you to resolve any issues you may have, and we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Finally, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy criteria. This includes returns that are outside the specified timeframe or returns that do not meet the condition and packaging requirements.
